He serves as the President of the NY State Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is a Trustee for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). Additionally, Dr. Blyer chairs the BBL Safety Committee, is a faculty member of the ABCS BBL safety courses, and co-chairs the Fellowship & Board Review Committee. He is also a Board Examiner for the ABCS, the only board that grants certification in cosmetic surgery, and a member of the ABCS Written Exam Committee. As the Fellowship Director at the prestigious JACHO-certified CAMEO Surgery Center, Dr. Blyer is one of the few WAGS-certified BBL Ultrasound Masters globally and runs the only WAGS-certified teaching center for BBL training in the Northeast.
