Dr. Scott Blyer (aka DrBfixin) is a Triple Board Certified fellowship trained Cosmetic Surgeon dedicating his practice exclusively to cosmetic enhancement for over 17 years in NY. He is the President of the NY State Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a Trustee for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, Co-Chair for the BBL Safety Committee, and fellowship director at CAMEO Surgery. He has authored textbook chapters, journal articles, and his own book, the “BBL Bible”. His community outreach includes free tattoo removal for victims of sexual trafficking, free surgery for survivors of domestic violence and pro bono surgery for for those bullied for physical deformities. His outreach on social media reaches over 1 million people and prides himself on be an out of the box thinker. When not at work he's chasing after his 2 kids.

Petra is one of our medical assistants. She ensures that every procedure is expertly prepared, from setting up the operating room to managing essential supplies. She provides seamless support to our surgical team, helping to deliver exceptional care. When she's not at Cameo, you'll likely find her at the gym.
Cosmetic Surgeon
Dr. Bienstock has completed a full body Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Cameo Surgery. He is passionate about all aspects of cosmetic surgery and has a unique approach to cosmetic surgery that is completely patient centric with safety being the top priority at all times. When not at Cameo, you can find him spending time with his family, exercising, painting, and traveling.

Justina is dedicated to ensuring our patients receive top-notch customer service, from booking their consultations to supporting them throughout their journey. Justo is CAMEO Surgery's physician assistant. Besides being a true gentleman, he is talented, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable part of our team. Justo was born in Cuba, lived in Spain, and now lives on Long Island. He graduated with an MBA in business from CW Post, and then became a physician's assistant graduating from Touro College. When not at Cameo you can find him traveling to warm destinations, scuba diving, and spending time with his three children.
